Bridge Pylon and High Pier Construction Hydraulic Self Climbing Formwork Technology
The power of the auto-climbing formwork comes from the hydraulic system which includes pump station, hydraulic cylinder and oil pipe . The hydraulic system can control the climbing of the climbing rail and the bracket. As a result, the climbing rail and the bracket can climb up alternatively with the assistance of hydraulic system. The whole system will climb up steadily. Cranes are not needed during the construction. Formwork operation is easy, highly efficient and safe. It can climb up both vertically and slantwise, therefore it is the best choice for the construction for high rise buildings and other vertical structures.
