Description

As a high load bearing capacity, climbing formwork can be widely utilized in various projects as high piers, abutment, elevator testing tower and high-rise structures. it is designed for precise and convienient operation for all high-rise projects, 2.40m wide platform in comibination movable formwork unit ensure speedy and safe formwork operation. Multi level platforms  provide orient work space for formwork operation, concrete pouring,reinforcement installation and concrete surface repairing. The whole system is anchored in the stucture during the whole working process, the modular elements can be adjusted to fit any angle of wall inclination.

• Formwork 650mm retraction space for easy cleaning 

• 3 or 4 levels of platform level can be adjusted to meet structure inclination up to 15⁰

• High capacity of 50KN per bracket and bracket is safely anchored on concrete structure with high strength anchor parts.

Platforms at all levels and external protection adopt rigid protection technology.
